Feldy Notebook is a knowledge base of Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons that makes it easy to locate the lesson you want, understand the lesson, and find additional resources  relating to the lesson (e.g. audio and video recordings). The new adress is feldynotebook.com Länk[+]

It allows  practitioners to contribute their understanding and insights about Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Lessons, as well as other topics. It’s a collaborative space – allowing us to deepen our collective knowledge about the Feldenkrais Method. • as a searchable catalog of Feldenkrais ATM lessons enabling you to easily find the ATM you want.

• as resource created by the community for use by the community.

• as a way to collect and share new insights about the ATMs.

• as a way to organize and relate ATMs together using tags, themes, and explicit links.

So far Feldy Notebook - now an overview over the Alexander Yanai material

As I know Hebrew I have great benefit of the publication by the Israel Feldenkrais Guild of the Alexander Yanai lessons by Moshe Feldenkrais himself. Listening to instructions is different from reading instructions. 

In order to get an overview of the AY material I made an excell presentation in 2008 that I share with who ever is interested.
